PET URINE REMOVAL

In order to guarantee the removal of odor from a pet urinated carpet there are factors to be understood.  The method of treatment and chemicals to be used will depend on the severity of the situation.

We have three situations:

1)  Light contamination:

When the pet has urinated on the carpet
only once or for the first time.  Urine will
not have penetrated heavily into the carpet
           pad and sub floor structure.

2)  Moderate Contamination:

When the pet has urinated on the carpet
            several times.

3)  Heavy Contamination:

When the pet has repeatedly used the same
spot.  The carpet backing, pad and floor
have been saturated by urine.  The process
we use under this circumstance involves
pulling up the carpet in the affected area,
treating the backing and pile of the carpet
and replacing it with a new pad.
           (This process requires several visits)
